Refund Policy

At SleakSoul, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds. Please read our policy carefully.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • In its original packaging with all tags attached.

Note: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

  • To start a return, please contact us at returns@sleaksoul.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions for sending back your item.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at returns@sleaksoul.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@sleaksoul.com.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (including clearance)
  • Any item not in its original condition or damaged due to customer misuse
